What hat to wear in the snow - Topshop Faux Fur Hat

Arun and I visited Château Ramezay Historic Site and Museum in Montréal and took a walk in Place Jacques-Cartier in Old Montreal.

In an amazing coincidence, I am applying to be a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and recently learned that one of my ancestors, Joseph Guild, was stationed in Montreal during his military service at the time of the Revolutionary War and likely saw this Chateau.

Faux fur hat - Topshop
Coat - Zara (similar to Zara cream minimalist coat)
Purse - Brooks Brothers

    1. Pam, thank you! I was a little worried I would be dressed all wrong, but I think I complemented the historic buildings.

  12. Ooh, a monogrammed scarf. I adore it! I have always loved monograms and had many monogrammed items in high school and throughout my life.

Thank you for sharing such lovely photos with us.

I have been doing some genealogy and have found some relatives who fought in the Revolution and the Civil War. It is fascinating to learn about ancestors.

  16. You are Lara meeting Dr. Zhivago on his way to the ice palace... Such a romantic, chic ensemble. Stunning. (I see that others think the same!) I love how these time holes open up in history when you see what others from the past have seen.
